Terms of Service

Payment

Transactions are made through PayPal only. An invoice will be sent after contacting you to confirm the commission. This Invoice must be paid fully within thirty (30) days, failure to do so will result in cancellation of the ordered commission. By paying this invoice you automatically agree that you are paying for a digital product/service, therefore you understand there will be no physical item and will not require shipping information or shipping fees.
Work will not begin until you have at least paid partially.
You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your full access and/or ownership of the PayPal account and the money within the account. Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of rights over the artwork.

Refunds

Full-refunds will only be issued before any work has been started on the art. If the artwork does not satisfy your stated requirements and wish to cancel the commission, you will be subjected to a "kill fee" to compensate for the work already done; you will have to forfeit any rights over the cancelled artwork and will have to pay a percentage of the agreed-upon fee for the finished piece depending on the stage of completion.

Revisions

Revisions may be made in the artwork's initial sketch phase. Revisions made after the sketch phase will induce an additional charge per revision of $5 (five U.S. dollars).

Rights

The artwork commissioned is for personal use only, unless a commercial license fee is discussed and paid for, I have full publication and printing rights. Selling the artwork digitally, physically, or as NFTs is strictly prohibited. Reposting the artwork online is permitted with proper accreditation.
